My good friend Juliet and I met for dinner Tuesday night at a fabulous italian restaurant in the East Village, Three of Cups. The food and service was excellent - we both had the risotto special, and wow, what a dish! After dinner we took a nice walk around the village and saw lots of lovely community gardens, including one in which a dinner for about 20 people was being held, with the food all locally produced! It was wonderful to catch up with Juliet.

JourneyDance!

Wow, what a great JourneyDance class I went to last Friday at a Union Square yoga studio - Toni Bergins, the creator of JourneyDance, led the class, and as usual, it was super energizing and fantastic! For more info, go to:

Peter headed out for a day on the golf course at Eisenhower Park a couple of weeks ago - weather was great, and he was sporting his new golf shirt and hat!

We had a nice visit with my mom - she's doing very well for her age - she'll be 80 in August!! God bless you, mom, we love you very much!

Cement repairs!

We had our first experience mixing and applying cement, to repair a crack on the side of the house - went very well, thanks to "quickcrete" - add a bit of water, and voila, you have cement ready to use!

Fun barbecue!

We had a great Memorial Day barbecue - the weather was warm and sunny and everyone enjoyed the food Peter prepared on the grill!

Here is a recent photo of Peter in a suit - he's now wearing a 15 1/2 dress shirt, down from 16 1/2 - so proud of him!
